AITT2 1.0.2 is ready to download on

With this update is possible to define monitor windows as Always stay on top window.
In this manner the monitor is on the view also if fs2004 has the focus.
This setting is available in the Behaviour options tab.[/url]

AITT2 will give you another minor release: 1.0.2

In this release, AITT2 now can display the monitors in the way Always On Top ( Enable/Disable allowed).

AI TimeTable 2 1.0.1 update

geniX is going to update AITT2 to 1.0.1 release.
This update provides:

- Visual enhancement to some REMARKS flight status.
- GA Aviation flights are removed as default - if any - from the time table.

If some users want to see also GA flights (!) into the timetable, there is a way: adds the following line to aitt.ini file, stored into main AITT2 folder:

[System]
ActiveGA=true

(if there is already a "System" section, put only the line with "ActiveGA=true" under it.)

P.S. - The update is for free for all users and will be available ASAP

AI Time Table 2 registration failed: workaround (Simmarket)

Some users have a problem on registering AI TimeTable 2 ( SimMarket only ).
Once User and Key Ids are typed, a wrong registration box is displayed.
Ok; for some reason, all the User-Id that is composed by two words (i.e. Red Panther) are registered as Red_Panther instead.
So, of all you that receive a registration from Simmarket with such form of user id, please substitute the space with a _ ( ex. John_Doe )
The Key-Id received is still ok.

The registration codes for this release will be sell next month. Further information on the above site.

Registered users of AI Time Table 1.x cannot put their credentials on AITT2.

before to continue to read down, please goto on

and read carefully the review posted by Carl Martin Mathiesen on 03/03/2008.
As it is impossible to write on our own a reviews on simmarket due to the fact that we should buy a copy of our software first and we want to make a reply to Carl ( we was in doubt if produce a reply or not but we think we must just to say "we are alive" ).
Ok, some points cutted from the that reviews:

"However, even if you have to pay for AITT it demands a huge ammount of work to be done by the buyer in order to function at least approximately as an reliable time table or flight schedule monitor."

For sure we think that AITT 1.99 demands some works from the buyer, expecially on the MS-FS' AI Aircraft side that must be compliant on what FS2002/4 wants in order to give the appropriate look and feel of an airport. You missed some basic AI configuration --> you missed some AI aircraft. Next, some other effort is necessary to setup Airline/ VA and Airports code if they are not present in the AITT system databases.

"When the developer of the AITT demands a massively contribution from the buyer for a proper functionality of the program, it should at least be attached a proper manual. This is not the case. As one example the manual describes the purpose of collecting certain data but have a seriuos mis-match to where the data is to be found. It also has reference to a file that does not exist. This i bad due to the fact that the customer has to deeply investigate the program to find out about the state of dependence between different data. Also the manual and program itself shows that the developer is unaware of or is ingnorant to the difference between IATA codes and ICAO codes"

Actually, the reviewer missed what manual release speaks about, and which (kind of) data and what the file reference is. This does not permits to other people to avoid the same problem. Next, YES, we are unaware of differences between IATA codes and ICAO codes, but for AITT we use icao.cds db name as in it there are the ICAO code used as airline bitmap filename, next to the IATA. We admit that, for some ignorance, during the developing fase, we remain on the Airline Manager dialog box the name ICAO instead to put there IATA.

"By definition AITT is PERHAPS shareware. I choose the expression -perhaps-, because the trial version is so limited that it is very difficult to find the limitations of the program and to fully understand how much work is to be done on own hand to make it function similar to the time table monitors we are familiar with at the airports. I pinpoint this so it's clear that the trial version is more or less un-useful for the purpose of seeing how the program really perform. The shareware definition is not meant to be like that."

Yes, we agree with the reviewers: infact the new AITT program, AITT2, have a limitation that we find appropriate for the shareware means, but we accept also other ideas..

"The developer contends (or perhaps pretends) to have e-mails from enthusiastic customers. My allegation is if this is the case, that these customers really haven't noticed that a lot of scheduled AI-flights are not present at all. Having checked that my traffic bgl-files are OK and all accordingly aircrafts are present, I made several tests for surveyable airports. And my goodness I really found out how much work is to be done to make AITT show all relevant fligts."

Yes, we have E-Mail for enthusiastic customers ( "Where there is pleasure there is no losses" ). AITT show only the day-current flight.

"I use a wonderful freeware program by Peter van der Veen called ACA 2005 to check for and fix errors and mis-matches within the AI-part of the flightsim. Without this program it will be a really heavy burden to make the AI-data compatible with AITT"

We agree with the reviewers, infact Peter created ACA just for AITT and not to permit simmers to see all AI traffic....infact:

"Funny idea this AITT! However,if you want to go flying with your flightsim and not sit down for many days or weeks to check and fix text sections for every single AI aircraft canned up in all cfg-files in the aicraft folders; further on making logos for airlines; AITT isn't funny at all!"

Every single AI aircraft canned-up in all cfg-files = no AI aircraft flying and making logos for airlines (for AITT) = correct atc_airline = no callsign speaked from ATC.
AITT is far from funny, but ( our opinion ) FS without AI aircraft is too far from funny...

"It's comming up soon a new version AITT 2. The only main difference between these two versions is the the look of the monitor. Version 2 will make use of exact the same data files and so maintain the frustration described above.Hopefully the version 2 manual will be like it really should and how we should expect from a addon we have to pay for. For my part I think I give up on AITT - I want to go flying !"

As this can be partially true but...put the FS with AI aircraft flying could be a frustration ?
If you haven't logo, AITT display atc_airline name, if you havent ICAO airport code translation AITT displays ICAO but...if you have omitted AI Title or atc_airline or some other FS related configuration data you missed a beatiful part of flying and, we want to go flying true, if even.
